Kanha Ki Pathshala primarily provides digital educational products in downloadable PDF format. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the relevant product page.

Because our digital products are delivered electronically, an order generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed and the purchased product has been made available to the customer.

Refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been successfully delivered, accessed, or downloaded. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as a verified duplicate payment or a genuine technical problem that prevents access to the purchased product and cannot reasonably be resolved.

If you have completed your purchase but are unable to access or download your workbook because of a genuine technical issue, please contact us. We will first try to resolve the problem and provide access to the product you purchased.

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same product, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Once a digital workbook has been successfully downloaded or accessed, a refund will generally not be provided because the customer has changed their mind, no longer requires the product, or chooses not to use the workbook.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process and for having a suitable device, internet connection, and PDF-compatible application to access the purchased files.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or the applicable payment provider. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
